Reviews
Came here for dinner with my Thai friend. We ordered the following dishes to share: 41. Sour fish curry, 92. Soft shell crab salad, bowl of white rice with a Thai milk tea and for dessert the poached cassava in coconut milk/syrup. The sour fish curry was made with medium spice, the flavours were there and the mackerel tasted nice. The soft shell crab salad was definitely the winner if it didn't have hairs in it. (See photo)
The Thai milk tea tasted quite syrup'y and we both found it quite average.
The cassava was normal and we got the other half to go.
The service of this place is great, the staff is very kind and the food comes out relatively fast.
Food
- Superb, Delicious, Authentic Thai foid (specialises in Southern Thai Food) You will think that you are in Thailand , eating real Thai food.
- Dessert was delicious.
Staff
- So great, polite, friendly, attentive. They seem to be happy with what they are doing. I am so happy with staff.
- When we arrived to told 4 people but then changed the plan to be 5 people and we asked staff if we could get a bigger table. The staff is very helpful and helps to organise the new table without making a face.
Place
- Nice, Clean, Not too crowded. Clean toilet.
Super authentic restaurant tucked away upstairs an old small mall. Staff are nice and friendly and the menu is extensive. Many meals are hard to find at other Thai restaurants - this is the place for a lot of Southern Thailand specialities. Comfortable inside but a bit too hot and has a self-serve salad bar if you pay for that add-on. There was not much on the menu that I enjoyed when sharing because a lot was fishy and shrimp heavy or way too spicy.
Restaurant serves authentic Thai food and service was great as well. The star of the dish was Fried rice, overall food was great but far too spicy to handle.
I ordered UberEats and for $20 for vegetables and egg I received just over half a small box of contents. I actually ordered two boxes so that was $40 and put them together, they made one dish. See the photos. Shocking. It was fairly tasty but too salty and a complete rip off. I would steer away from ordering anything from this restaurant.
One of my favourite thai restaurants in Sydney cbd. So delicious thai dishes. I recommend to try the sauntered prawns and pork with Saturday nut. Nahm prik kapi and pad tad nahm pla
Food was delicious with fair price, just the portion sizes were small. Hard to find, inside the building. I was a bit surprised that they use fresh flowers for decoration. Was a good experience
I’m quiet disappointed that the food does not taste nearly half as good as what I had in Thailand. The service is ok until I asked for a container box and got a broken lid that won’t seal so I ask for a change and still got another broken one.
